ARCTCIBE is an integrated technology framework encompassing the creation of MSK implants. It comprises four new technologies, e.g. diagnostic imaging analysis algorithms and sensors for quantifying new and complementary biomarkers of an individual’s MSK defect; technologies that will leverage our new biomarkers to tailor the biomaterials and implant scaffolds; bioelectronic sensors with the capacity to safely coexist with or within MSK implants for the recipient’s lifespan, enabling continuous assessment and stimulation of MSK tissue regeneration; and continuous data telemetry for communicating diagnostic and assessment outcomes to patient and clinician.
